• Assist in day-to-day financial operations and support tasks based on the client’s requirements

• Monitor financial transactions and ensure data accuracy in reporting systems

• Support middle-office and back-office operations for investment banking and finance teams

• Perform reconciliation, reporting, and data validation tasks

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely processing of financial records

• Prepare standard operating procedures (SOPs), maintain documentation, and support audit readiness

• Ensure adherence to compliance standards, operational policies, and regulatory guidelines

• Participate in training programs to upskill in finance domain-specific tools and best practices

Eligibility Criteria:

• Education: Bachelor’s degree (B.Com, BBA, BBM, B.Sc, or equivalent) or Postgraduate (MBA/M.Com/PGDM – Finance preferred)

• Experience: 0–2 years of relevant experience in finance, operations, or accounting (freshers welcome)

• Skills Required:

  • Basic understanding of financial concepts, accounting principles, and market instruments

  • Strong analytical and numerical ability

  • Good communication skills (written and verbal)

  • Proficiency in MS Excel; familiarity with ERP tools or financial systems is a plus

  • High attention to detail and ability to meet tight deadlines
