Hiring for Financial Analyst (Fresher) – Investment Banking – Hyderabad

Responsibilities
Assist in preparing and analyzing financial reports and statements
Support transaction processing and reconciliation activities
Ensure accuracy in financial data entry and reporting
Follow compliance standards and operational guidelines
Collaborate with teams on client onboarding and documentation
Help with budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis
Address discrepancies under supervision
Maintain confidentiality and data integrity
What We’re Looking For
Freshers with degrees in BBA, B.Com, MBA (Finance), or M.Com
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Basic understanding of financial and accounting principles
Good Excel skills (Pivot tables, VLOOKUP preferred)
Detail-oriented with a willingness to learn
Able to multitask and meet deadlines
Professional, team-oriented attitude
Must be based in Hyderabad (no relocation allowed)
