Hiring for Financial Analyst – Hyderabad

This role offers a strong entry point into the finance industry. As a Financial Analyst, you will support global investment banking operations, assisting with high-volume financial processing and reporting tasks.

Responsibilities

  • Process financial transactions and support day-to-day operations

  • Perform data reconciliation and trade matching

  • Prepare and maintain financial and regulatory reports

  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve discrepancies

  • Ensure compliance with financial regulations and company policies

  • Maintain structured documentation and audit-ready records

  • Participate in process improvement initiatives

What We’re Looking For

  • Graduate or postgraduate in commerce, business, or related field

  • Excellent communication skills (spoken and written English)

  • Basic understanding of financial instruments is an advantage

  • Detail-oriented with good analytical skills

  • Familiarity with MS Excel and MS Office tools

  • Willingness to learn and work in a fast-paced environment

  • Comfortable working in rotational shifts if needed
