Hiring for Financial Due Diligence Analyst – Mumbai
Corient Business Solutions is seeking a Financial Due Diligence Analyst to join our growing team. The role provides direct exposure to global clients and M&A advisory, allowing professionals to enhance their analytical and reporting skills in a dynamic, client-focused environment.
Responsibilities
Prepare detailed databooks including Profit & Loss statements, Balance Sheets, and Working Capital analysis.
Analyze net debt, earnings, cash flow, and working capital to identify trends and potential risks.
Draft management queries, report sections, and contribute to due diligence reports.
Support senior teams in executing financial due diligence engagements for M&A transactions.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams and client stakeholders to ensure accurate and timely delivery of FDD outputs.
Maintain documentation and ensure adherence to internal quality and compliance standards.
Candidate Profile
2–4 years of experience in Financial Due Diligence, M&A, or related finance roles.
Strong accounting and analytical skills with proficiency in financial statement analysis.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to work under tight deadlines and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
High attention to detail, problem-solving orientation, and collaborative mindset.
