Hiring for  Fraud Analyst –  Gurugram

Are you passionate about detecting and preventing financial crimes? We are looking for a Fraud Analyst with hands-on experience in fraud detection, AML compliance, and international risk management. This role is ideal for professionals who thrive in high-stakes environments and want to safeguard the financial system.

 Responsibilities
Monitor and analyze customer transactions for unusual or suspicious activity.
Investigate cases of ACH transfers, check fraud, mobile check deposits, and card-related fraud.
Identify red flags in customer behavior and escalate high-risk cases.
Prepare and file Suspicious Activity Reports (SARs) in line with regulatory guidelines.
Work closely with AML and compliance teams to ensure fraud cases meet legal and reporting standards.

Assist in implementing fraud detection policies in alignment with AML/KYC frameworks.
Conduct in-depth fraud investigations to assess financial risk exposure.
Document findings and maintain detailed investigation reports for internal and external audits.
Support regulatory and compliance audits related to fraud and AML investigations.
Partner with operations, compliance, and legal teams to ensure timely resolution of cases.
Recommend improvements to fraud monitoring systems, workflows, and controls.
Train and guide junior analysts on fraud red flags and AML procedures.

Requirements
Minimum 18+ months of experience in fraud investigation, AML, or financial crime risk management.
Strong knowledge of SAR filing, ACH frauds, check frauds, mobile check deposits, and red flag indicators.
Exposure to AML/KYC compliance frameworks and fraud detection tools.
Analytical mindset with excellent investigative and problem-solving skills.
High attention to detail and ability to manage multiple cases under pressure.
Strong communication and documentation skills.
Ability to join within Immediate–30 days.
