Hiring for Fraud Detection Analyst – bangalore

We are looking for skilled professionals with expertise in fraud analysis and investigation. This role demands exceptional communication skills and strong analytical abilities. The ideal candidate will be responsible for investigating and resolving various fraud types with a focus on preventing potential losses.

Key Responsibilities:

• Investigate various fraud types, including Account Takeovers (ATO), Payment Takeovers (PTO), Transaction Out of Account (TOA), ID Theft, and First-Party Frauds.
• Handle complex fraud scenarios such as ATO scams, P2P payments, ACH kiting, check kiting, and wire fraud.
• Conduct in-depth investigations into whistleblower complaints concerning account hijacking, transactional fraud, funds transfer returns, and fraudulent activities involving checks (RDC, Thea), ACH transactions, and Zelle fraud red flags.
• Make real-time decisions on potential credit card, loan, and transaction fraud using fraud detection tools and analytical expertise.
• Collaborate with teams to develop strategies to mitigate fraud risks and ensure adherence to fraud prevention protocols.

Required Skills:

• Extensive knowledge of fraud detection, investigation, and mitigation techniques.
• Strong understanding of transactional fraud processes and related tools.
• Excellent communication skills (mandatory, with no compromise).
• Proven ability to work in a fast-paced and high-pressure environment.

Additional Details:

• Location: Bangalore/Hyderabad (Work from Office after initial remote setup).
• Employment Type: Third-party payroll (must be comfortable with this arrangement).
