Hiring for Fraud Investigator – Gurugram

Genpact is looking for a Fraud Investigator with hands-on experience in disputes, chargebacks, and fraud analysis. The role involves reviewing suspicious transactions, analysing customer claims, identifying patterns of fraudulent activity, and ensuring timely resolution of dispute/chargeback cases. You will investigate transaction behaviour, validate evidence, prepare case summaries, and coordinate with internal teams for accurate decision-making. The position requires strong analytical ability, attention to detail, and the capability to work in a high-volume, time-sensitive environment.

 Responsibilities
• Investigate suspicious transactions and fraud alerts
• Handle disputes and chargeback cases end-to-end
• Review claim details, supporting documents, and transaction history
• Identify fraud patterns, trends, and potential risks
• Prepare clear case documentation and investigation summaries
• Collaborate with internal teams for decision-making and escalations
• Ensure compliance with process guidelines, timelines, and regulatory standards
• Maintain quality and accuracy in all investigations

Required Skills
