Shift: Night / Rotational shifts
Work Mode: In-office
Key responsibilities:
Handle customer calls, emails and chats.
Resolve customer queries and complaints.
Maintain and update customer information.
Follow KYC/AML processes and company policies.
Meet quality, productivity, AHT and CSAT targets.
Escalate complex issues to relevant teams.
Maintain confidentiality of customer information.
Requirements:
Graduate in any discipline.
1+ year experience in BPO/KPO.
International voice or non-voice process experience preferred.
Excellent English and Hindi communication skills.
Good typing, MS Office and CRM knowledge.
Willingness to work rotational/night shifts.
