Role: Process Associate (Fresher)
Department: KYC/AML Compliance
Location: Mumbai (Vikhroli) – Only local candidates are eligible
Work Mode: Hybrid (3 weeks Work from Home & 1 week Work from Office)
Number of Positions: 5
Shift Timings: UK Shifts (Rotational)
Shift 1: 6 AM – 3 PM
Shift 2: 3 PM – 11 PM
Eligibility Criteria
Education Qualification:
Bachelor’s degree in BBI (Bachelor of Banking & Insurance), BCA (Bachelor of Computer Applications), or BCS (Bachelor of Computer Science)
Must have secured a minimum aggregate of 55% and above
Experience:
Freshers only (No prior work experience required)
Relocation:
Only candidates from Mumbai are eligible
Relocation candidates will not be considered
Responsibilities
As a Process Associate (KYC/AML), you will be responsible for conducting Customer Due Diligence (CDD) and Know Your Customer (KYC) verification for financial transactions, reviewing and verifying customer documents in line with regulatory requirements, identifying potential red flags and escalating suspicious transactions, supporting compliance efforts related to Anti-Money Laundering (AML) regulations, ensuring adherence to financial regulations and internal policies, and working with senior analysts to assess financial risks.
