Hiring for KYC Analyst
We’re currently hiring KYC Analysts for an urgent Outside IR35 engagement with one of our top-tier clients. This is a contract opportunity that requires immediate availability and hands-on experience with Intapp.
Perform end-to-end KYC checks on new and existing clients using Intapp as the primary onboarding platform.
Handle client due diligence processes (CDD/EDD), ensuring compliance with AML regulations and internal policies.
Verify corporate and individual client documentation, including ownership structures and regulatory filings.
Use Intapp workflows for onboarding, risk classification, documentation tracking, and review management.
Ensure the accuracy and completeness of all KYC records and maintain an audit-ready standard.
Collaborate with Compliance, Legal, and Risk teams to address any data gaps, risks, or red flags identified during onboarding.
Assist in process improvements and system optimizations related to KYC and Intapp usage.
Proven experience as a KYC Analyst within legal, consulting, or financial services firms.
Strong, hands-on experience with Intapp Open / Intake / Conflicts (mandatory).
In-depth understanding of KYC/AML frameworks and regulatory expectations.
Strong communication, documentation, and stakeholder engagement skills.
Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, deadline-driven contract setting.
