Key responsibilities:
Conduct KYC reviews for client accounts.
Verify customer information and documentation.
Update KYC forms and client profiles.
Track KYC records, approvals and renewals.
Follow up with clients for required information.
Ensure compliance with applicable regulations and Citi policies.
Identify and escalate compliance and control issues.
Eligibility:
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
0–2 years of relevant experience.
Banking operations experience preferred.
Experience in client account opening and KYC processes is an advantage.
