Job Title: Analyst – Ongoing Customer Due Diligence (OCD)
Location: Gurgaon
Experience: 3.5 – 8 years
Notice Period: Immediate to 60 days
Role Overview:
We are seeking an experienced Analyst to join our Ongoing Customer Due Diligence (OCD) team in Gurgaon. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in Customer Due Diligence (CDD), Enhanced Due Diligence (EDD), and Periodic Reviews. You will be responsible for conducting in-depth customer risk assessments and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform Ongoing Customer Due Diligence (OCD) and ensure compliance with CDD and EDD processes.
- Conduct periodic reviews of customer accounts, ensuring all regulatory requirements are met.
- Assess customer risk profiles and update records as necessary during the review process.
- Identify and escalate any potential risks or suspicious activity identified during CDD and EDD processes.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth execution of due diligence and periodic review workflows.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of regulatory changes and their impact on customer due diligence processes.
- Ensure all OCD documentation is complete and adheres to company and regulatory standards.
- Provide recommendations for improvements in CDD and EDD practices, contributing to process efficiency.
Mandatory Skills:
- Strong experience in Customer Due Diligence (CDD).
- Expertise in Enhanced Due Diligence (EDD).
- Hands-on experience with periodic reviews and risk assessment procedures.
- Attention to detail with the ability to analyze and mitigate risks.
- Knowledge of relevant regulatory frameworks and industry standards.
Qualifications:
- 3.5 to 8 years of experience in a relevant role within financial services, compliance, or risk management.
- Proven ability to manage CDD and EDD processes efficiently.
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
- Familiarity with industry regulations related to customer due diligence.
