Hiring for KYC Analyst – Pune

We are hiring experienced professionals to join a global financial institution’s compliance and client onboarding team based in Pune. This role requires expertise in Know Your Customer (KYC), periodic reviews, and working with global client standards. The ideal candidate will bring strong communication, analytical thinking, and hands-on experience in client due diligence.

Responsibilities
• Conduct end-to-end onboarding and KYC due diligence for global corporate clients
• Handle periodic reviews and KYC refresh in compliance with regulatory and internal policies
• Assess and validate client documentation including legal entity structures, UBO identification, and risk classification
• Escalate red flags related to PEPs, sanctions, or adverse media and support remediation efforts
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders such as compliance, legal, and operations to ensure smooth onboarding processes
• Maintain high standards of documentation and ensure all client files are audit-ready
• Adapt to evolving regulatory requirements and maintain up-to-date knowledge of AML/KYC policies
• Communicate clearly with stakeholders across regions to resolve queries and document gaps

Required Skills and Expertise
• 3 to 6 years of experience in KYC, Client Onboarding, or Periodic Review within a global banking or financial services environment
• Strong understanding of global client structures including corporates, partnerships, trusts, and SPVs
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Attention to detail, strong organizational abilities, and a risk-based approach
• Ability to work in a dynamic, deadline-driven environment with international compliance standards
