Hiring for KYC & Customer Onboarding Executive –  Mumbai 

We are looking for a detail-oriented and compliance-focused professional to join our manufacturing team as a KYC & Customer Onboarding Executive. This role is critical in ensuring the company’s adherence to domestic and international regulatory standards, particularly around customer onboarding, KYC compliance, and export control regulations.

 Responsibilities:

• Handle end-to-end customer onboarding and KYC verification

• Conduct Customer Due Diligence (CDD) and Enhanced Due Diligence (EDD), especially for high-risk entities

• Ensure compliance with U.S. export control laws and international trade regulations

• Assess and document risk related to CNC machine end-use by clients

• Maintain detailed audit trails and support regulatory reporting and compliance audits

• Utilize tools and processes for sanctions screening, transaction monitoring, and documentation

Required Skills and Experience:

• 4 to 7 years of relevant experience in KYC, compliance, or international trade regulations

• Strong understanding of CDD, EDD, and global compliance standards

• Experience with sanctions screening tools (such as OFAC, World-Check, etc.)

• Ability to analyze risk and investigate customer background thoroughly

• Excellent communication and documentation skills
