Hiring for KYC Executive –  Dubai

We are currently seeking a highly detail-oriented and experienced KYC Executive to join our team in Dubai. This is a great opportunity for professionals looking to build or enhance their career in financial compliance within a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

 Responsibilities:

• Conduct Know Your Customer (KYC) checks in line with local and international compliance regulations.

• Perform Customer Due Diligence (CDD) and Enhanced Due Diligence (EDD) as required for both new and existing clients.

• Ensure that all client documentation is complete, up-to-date, and compliant with internal policies and external regulatory requirements.

• Review and verify identity documents, corporate structure details, and ownership information.

• Conduct periodic reviews and risk assessments of client accounts based on regulatory requirements.

• Maintain accurate and secure client records in the internal system and databases.

• Escalate any red flags or suspicious activity to the compliance or risk team.

• Stay up-to-date with evolving KYC/AML laws, regulations, and best practices.

• Collaborate with internal departments such as Compliance, Legal, and Operations to ensure end-to-end client onboarding and monitoring processes are followed.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in KYC/AML operations, preferably within a financial institution, consultancy, or regulated environment.

• Strong understanding of UAE regulatory compliance requirements related to KYC, AML, and client onboarding.

• Excellent attention to detail and ability to work independently.

• Proficiency in handling confidential data with integrity and discretion.

• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.

• Must currently be residing in the UAE and available for immediate joining.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Law, Business Administration, or a related field.

• Professional certifications such as CAMS, CKYCA, or similar are an added advantage.

• Familiarity with compliance tools and KYC databases.
