Hiring for KYC Lead (AVP) – Navi Mumbai
We are hiring a KYC Lead (AVP) to oversee and enhance KYC onboarding operations, compliance, and strategic projects. This role requires a seasoned professional with strong leadership skills, regulatory expertise, and experience in digital & non-digital customer onboarding.
Responsibilities
KYC Onboarding & Compliance
- Manage end-to-end customer onboarding across multiple business segments via digital and non-digital platforms.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, AML guidelines, and internal bank policies.
- Supervise and implement projects related to CKYC, re-KYC, Aadhaar authentication, Finacle, and SOP centralization.
- Oversee internal and external audits, ensuring regulatory adherence and process improvements.
Leadership & Stakeholder Engagement
- Lead and develop a team of KYC analysts and team leaders, driving efficiency and continuous professional growth.
- Engage with internal and external stakeholders to streamline KYC operations and optimize TAT (Turnaround Time).
- Conduct training sessions and workshops to enhance KYC process knowledge and compliance awareness.
Process Improvement & Risk Mitigation
- Analyze KYC data and trends to identify process enhancements and risk mitigation strategies.
- Work on automation, digital transformation, and CRM system integrations to optimize efficiency.
- Implement and manage Fraud Prevention & Risk Assessment Measures in KYC operations.
Skills & Qualifications Required
- 10-12 years of experience in KYC onboarding operations, with 5+ years in a leadership role.
- Strong knowledge of regulatory compliance, AML/KYC policies, and banking operations.
- Experience with Finacle, CRM systems, Trackwizz, MIS management, and Aadhaar authentication.
- Excellent analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- High ethical standards, problem-solving abilities, and attention to detail.
