Hiring for KYC Maker – Bangalore 

We are seeking an experienced KYC Maker to join our client’s Corporate & Investment Banking team. The role requires complete ownership of the end-to-end KYC process, ensuring compliance with global regulatory requirements and internal standards.

Responsibilities:

• Take full accountability for preparing and validating KYC profiles for new and existing clients.

• Collect, review, and verify client KYC documentation against global regulatory and internal policy requirements.

• Conduct client screening (PEP, Sanctions, Adverse Media), perform discounting, and manage escalations effectively.

• Ensure accurate and timely delivery of KYC records with a high level of quality control.

• Collaborate closely with Relationship Managers, Compliance teams, and Quality Control units to ensure smooth onboarding and periodic reviews.

• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of regulatory changes and ensure compliance with APAC, US, UK, and EMEA KYC standards.

• Support process improvements and share best practices to strengthen overall KYC delivery.

Requirements:

• Mandatory experience working as a KYC Maker in Corporate and Investment Banking (CIB).

• Strong hands-on experience in global KYC processes (client onboarding and periodic review).

• Exposure to handling KYC for APAC, US, UK, and EMEA regions.

• Solid knowledge of AML/KYC regulations, local laws, and global compliance requirements.

• Strong analytical skills with attention to detail, accuracy, and risk awareness.

• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
