Hiring for KYC Refresh Role – Mumbai
We are looking for a highly skilled KYC Refresh Specialist with over 4 years of experience in Anti-Money Laundering (AML), Know Your Customer (KYC), Customer Due Diligence (CDD), Enhanced Due Diligence (EDD), and exposure to Global Markets. This is an exciting opportunity to work with a leading multinational bank and be part of a team that ensures robust regulatory compliance and risk mitigation.
Responsibilities:
• Perform periodic KYC reviews and refresh activities in line with global compliance policies
• Conduct detailed CDD and EDD reviews for high-risk clients across global markets
• Identify gaps in client documentation and ensure timely resolution
• Liaise with internal teams including Compliance, Relationship Managers, and Legal to validate customer profiles
• Monitor and escalate unusual patterns or high-risk indicators as per AML procedures
• Maintain accurate, complete, and up-to-date records in internal systems
• Keep up with regulatory changes and ensure adherence to both local and global requirements
Candidate Profile:
• Minimum 4 years of relevant experience in AML, KYC, CDD, EDD within the banking or financial services sector
• Strong understanding of global markets and international compliance frameworks
• Ability to assess complex financial structures and identify red flags
• Excellent attention to detail, communication skills, and ability to manage deadlines
• Experience working in a fast-paced, compliance-driven environment
