Hiring for KYC Team Lead – Mumbai
Lead and manage a team handling end-to-end KYC processes including onboarding, remediation, and periodic reviews
Ensure all KYC activities are compliant with internal policies and external regulatory requirements
Supervise team performance, monitor daily operations, and drive productivity and quality targets
Review and approve KYC files for various client types such as corporates, partnerships, and trusts
Act as a subject matter expert and escalation point for complex cases
Liaise with compliance, legal, audit, and other departments for seamless KYC execution
Train and mentor junior team members to maintain high standards of compliance
Identify process gaps and contribute to process improvement initiatives
Candidate Requirements:
Minimum 4+ years of proven team management experience on paper (mandatory for Manager level)
Strong background in KYC Remediation, KYC Refresh, Client Onboarding, and Customer Due Diligence (CDD)
Solid knowledge of AML/CFT regulations and compliance procedures
Excellent communication, leadership, and analytical skills
Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple deadlines
