Hiring for KYC Team Leader –  Chennai

The role involves performing KYC Quality Checks, reviewing completed KYC files for accuracy, identifying process gaps, and ensuring compliance with regulatory standards. The SME and TL positions require strong knowledge of KYC processes, the ability to guide teams, and maintaining high-quality outcomes.

 Responsibilities
• Conduct quality reviews of KYC files to ensure accuracy and compliance with internal policies and AML guidelines
• Identify errors, quality gaps, and process deviations, and provide feedback for corrections
• Support the team by clarifying policies, documentation requirements, and KYC standards
• Ensure timely completion of quality reviews and reporting
• For TL role: Manage team performance, allocate work, monitor productivity, and drive quality improvements
• Work closely with stakeholders to resolve discrepancies and improve quality benchmarks
• Maintain documentation, audit records, and quality trackers
• Ensure adherence to SLA, accuracy metrics, and compliance expectations

Requirements
• Strong experience in KYC Quality Checking or QA
• Good understanding of KYC/AML guidelines, client due diligence, and regulatory compliance
• Ability to identify quality gaps, escalate issues, and maintain accuracy
• Excellent communication skills and stakeholder management abilities
