As a Process Associate in the Transaction Monitoring team, you will play a critical role in supporting Anti-Money Laundering (AML) and Know Your Customer (KYC) functions. This entry-level position is designed for freshers who wish to build a career in financial compliance and risk management.
Responsibilities
Update clients’ KYC and suitability information accurately from internal sources
Communicate with advisors through email to collect missing information
Process and review financial transactions with attention to detail and accuracy
Adapt quickly to new tools, technologies, and processes to support compliance functions
Draft clear, concise, and professional emails for internal and external communication
Required Skills and Competencies
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Basic knowledge of financial services and compliance processes is an advantage (training will be provided)
Attention to detail with a focus on accuracy
Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment
Proficiency in MS Office tools (Excel, Word, Outlook) preferred
