Hiring for  Process Associate – Remote

The Process Associate will play a critical role in supporting mortgage operations by managing documentation, client communication, and process coordination. This role requires prior experience in the mortgage industry and a keen eye for detail to ensure smooth execution of end-to-end processes.

 Responsibilities

  • Handle mortgage processing tasks, including reviewing loan applications, documentation, and client details.

  • Communicate with clients and stakeholders professionally via email and phone.

  • Ensure accurate and timely completion of assigned processes in line with company standards.

  • Maintain records, update databases, and ensure compliance with internal and external guidelines.

  • Collaborate with team members and supervisors to improve process efficiency and client satisfaction.

  • Escalate issues promptly and contribute to problem resolution.

Requirements

  • Proven prior experience in the mortgage industry is a must.

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.

  • Ability to handle client queries with professionalism and patience.

  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and proactive approach to tasks.

  • Good knowledge of MS Office tools and ability to adapt to new systems quickly.
