Hiring for Sanctions Screening Professionals – Hyderabad

We are looking for experienced Sanctions Screening Specialists to join our compliance team. This role requires in-depth knowledge of sanctions regulations, wire transfer processing, and the ability to work in a fast-paced, global banking environment.

• • Responsibilities:

• Perform sanctions screening on transactions and payments to identify potential hits in line with global compliance policies

• Investigate, analyze, and escalate true matches in accordance with procedures and service-level agreements

• Review wire transfers, including SWIFT, FEDWIRE, CHIPS messages (MT103, MT202, etc.)

• Ensure strict adherence to OFAC and international sanctions regulations

• Work closely with compliance and operations teams to resolve escalations efficiently

• Maintain accurate records of investigations for audit and regulatory purposes

Skills & Experience Required:

• University degree in Business, Commerce, or a related field

• Prior hands-on experience in Sanctions Screening Operations / Wire Transfer Processing

• Proficiency with Fircosoft or other internal sanctions filter systems

• Strong knowledge of SWIFT payment formats and settlement systems

• Familiarity with World-Check, Lexis Nexis, or similar screening tools

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail

• Effective communication and interpersonal abilities
