Hiring for Senior Business Analyst (KYC & Compliance) – Abu Dhabi
We are hiring a Senior Business Analyst – FenX for a leading financial institution in Abu Dhabi, UAE. This role focuses on FenX configuration, KYC compliance, and regulatory risk assessment. The ideal candidate should have strong hands-on experience in Fenergo & FenX, regulatory expertise, and leadership skills to manage a team of business analysts.
Responsibilities
KYC Compliance & Regulatory Adherence
- Ensure compliance with UAE Central Bank regulations, FATF, CRS, and FATCA.
- Provide expert guidance on KYC best practices and regulatory requirements.
- Conduct gap analysis on KYC processes and recommend improvements.
FenX Configuration & Business Solutions
- Oversee FenX configuration to align with business and regulatory requirements.
- Lead the development of KYC workflows and risk assessment models within FenX.
- Work with Fenergo solutions to automate and enhance customer due diligence (CDD) processes.
Business Analysis & Stakeholder Collaboration
- Lead and manage a team of business analysts to deliver high-quality KYC solutions.
- Conduct in-depth analysis of business processes and identify areas for improvement.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to gather and document business requirements.
Technology & Process Improvement
- Support the development and implementation of business process enhancements.
- Leverage AWS Cloud services (EC2, S3, RDS, CloudFormation) for data storage and automation.
- Implement risk-based approaches to KYC validation and customer screening.
Qualifications & Skills Required
- Minimum 7 years of experience in the KYC domain using Fenergo and FenX.
- Proven hands-on experience in FenX configuration and compliance process automation.
- Fenergo certification in configuration (preferred).
- Strong understanding of KYC regulations, AML compliance frameworks, and financial crime prevention.
- Familiarity with AWS Cloud services for data and workflow management.
- Leadership experience in managing teams and business process re-engineering.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and project management skills.
