Hiring for Team Leader / Associate Manager – Banking Process
We are seeking experienced professionals to lead and manage teams in a high-volume banking operations environment. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, a process-oriented mindset, and experience in managing teams handling core banking functions.
Responsibilities:

Lead a team responsible for one or more banking operations processes such as customer service, account management, credit analysis, commercial underwriting, commercial lending, commercial spreading, or loan processing.

Ensure delivery of services as per defined Service Level Agreements (SLAs), including quality, accuracy, and turnaround time.

Act as a key escalation point for complex queries, both from clients and internal teams, ensuring timely resolution and client satisfaction.

Monitor team performance and productivity, conduct regular feedback sessions, and implement coaching plans to enhance individual and team outcomes.

Drive process improvements and collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure efficiency and compliance with regulatory and internal standards.

Analyze operational metrics, prepare daily/weekly/monthly performance reports, and share actionable insights with senior management and client stakeholders.

Maintain strong compliance and risk control practices across processes, ensuring all activities adhere to standard operating procedures.
Requirements:

6 to 10 years of experience in banking operations, preferably with team leadership or supervisory exposure.

Proven expertise in one or more of the following areas: account management, credit analysis, commercial lending, or loan processing.

Strong understanding of banking regulations and process compliance.

Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.
