Hiring for Transaction Monitoring Analyst – Bangalore
We are looking for an experienced Transaction Monitoring Analyst to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for monitoring financial transactions, identifying suspicious activities, and ensuring compliance with AML regulations. You will play a critical role in safeguarding the organization against money laundering, sanctions breaches, and other financial crime risks.
Responsibilities
• Conduct transaction monitoring to detect unusual or suspicious activity
• Perform sanction screening, customer due diligence (CDD), and enhanced due diligence (EDD)
• Review corporate KYC documentation and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements
• Investigate alerts and escalate cases where necessary
• Collaborate with compliance and risk teams to improve monitoring processes
• Prepare detailed reports and maintain accurate documentation for audits and regulatory reviews
• Support remediation projects and contribute to continuous process enhancements
Candidate Profile
• 3–7 years of experience in Transaction Monitoring, AML, or Financial Crime Compliance
• Strong knowledge of AML regulations, sanction screening, CDD, and EDD processes
• Experience handling corporate KYC requirements
• Analytical mindset with the ability to identify patterns, trends, and red flags in financial data
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in English
• Proactive, detail-oriented, and able to work under tight deadlines
