NLB Services is looking for experienced Transaction Monitoring Analysts specializing in L1 and L2 escalations for its Gurgaon (Onsite) location. Responsibilities
- Continuously monitor cryptocurrency transactions for suspicious activities, fraud, and potential compliance issues
- Conduct transaction monitoring and crypto blockchain screening to detect fraudulent transactions
- Investigate alerts, escalate cases as needed, and ensure timely and accurate case resolution
- Prepare and structure Suspicious Activity Reports (SARs) with proper narrative writing and compliance standards
- Collaborate with compliance teams to implement risk mitigation strategies
- Stay updated with global regulatory requirements and best practices in transaction monitoring and crypto compliance
Required Skills & Experience
- Proven experience in transaction monitoring, compliance, or risk management within the cryptocurrency or financial services sector
- Strong expertise in crypto blockchain screening and identifying high-risk transactions
- Ability to analyze financial transactions and detect money laundering, fraud, and compliance violations
- Experience in SAR narrative writing and maintaining structured compliance documentation
- Knowledge of global financial regulations and AML compliance standards
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail
