Hiring for Transaction Monitoring Team Lead – Noida
Capgemini is seeking a Transaction Monitoring Team Lead to join their AML team in Noida. This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced compliance professional to lead a team and drive excellence in AML monitoring across multiple jurisdictions.
Responsibilities:
Lead and mentor a team of 10–15 L1 analysts in transaction monitoring operations.
Oversee AML transaction monitoring processes, including CDD, EDD, and AML risk assessment.
Ensure compliance with regulatory standards and internal policies.
Provide guidance on complex cases and escalate high-risk issues appropriately.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance monitoring processes and reporting.
Utilize AML tools such as Actimize, World Check, Lexis Nexis, Dow Jones Risk, and others to monitor and investigate alerts.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Strong leadership and team management experience in AML Transaction Monitoring.
Hands-on experience with AML compliance tools and risk assessment procedures.
CAMS or equivalent AML certification is preferred.
Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
