As part of our growing digital banking division, we are looking for motivated professionals to join our Video KYC team and contribute to our mission of simplifying customer onboarding while maintaining the highest standards of compliance and service.

As a Video KYC Agent, you will be responsible for performing real-time customer verifications over video calls. Your primary role is to ensure a secure, seamless, and compliant KYC process, adhering to RBI guidelines and internal policies. You will play a vital part in the customer journey by being the face and voice of trust and professionalism.

 Responsibilities:

• Conduct live video interactions with customers to verify their identity and documentation.

• Examine and authenticate ID documents such as PAN card, Aadhaar card, etc., and match them with the person on the call.

• Ensure complete compliance with RBI KYC norms, internal SOPs, and audit requirements.

• Record and document each KYC session as per regulatory standards.

• Flag suspicious documents or behaviors and escalate them to the compliance team.

• Provide excellent support to customers with queries during the onboarding process.

• Collaborate with internal teams such as Compliance, Risk, and Customer Support to enhance the verification process and minimize errors.

• Maintain a high level of professionalism, empathy, and customer focus in every interaction.

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in any discipline (mandatory for consideration).

• Fluent in English, with preference for additional fluency in Tamil and Telugu.

• Good understanding of KYC documentation and regulatory processes.

• Comfortable working with digital platforms, video conferencing tools, and CRM systems.

• Willingness to work in rotational shifts, including weekends and public holidays.

• High integrity, attention to detail, and ability to work independently.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Prior experience in a KYC verification, banking, or customer service role (especially in BFSI sector).

• Familiarity with banking processes and compliance requirements.

• Exposure to video-based onboarding systems is an added advantage.
