Job Description

KPMG Hiring for AML KYC analyst – Bangalore / Gurugram

 

  • Conduct and oversee Anti-Money Laundering (AML) and Know Your Customer (KYC) processes for global clients
  • For
  • Lead teams in executing AML/KYC operations and ensuring compliance with global regulatory standards
  • Collaborate with teams handling US and UK clients to address compliance and regulatory requirements
  • Analyze customer profiles, transactions, and activities to identify suspicious patterns or potential risks
  • Ensure accurate and timely documentation and reporting of findings in line with company and regulatory guidelines
  • Provide leadership and training to team members on AML, KYC, and related compliance practices
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of global AML regulations, KYC standards, and industry best practices
  • Skills & Requirements:

    • Strong experience in AML, KYC, CDD, and EDD processes in a global environment
    • Proven ability to manage and lead teams effectively
    • Prior experience working with US or UK clients, ensuring adherence to their specific regulatory frameworks
    • Exceptional analytical skills with attention to detail in identifying and mitigating financial crime risks
    • Proficient in global compliance standards and practices for AML/KYC operations
    • Excellent communication skills for client interaction and team collaboration
