Pine Labs Hiring for Onboarding Executive
Pine Labs is seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Onboarding Executive to join our Merchant Onboarding team. The role is critical in ensuring smooth merchant onboarding by verifying KYC documents, maintaining compliance with regulatory standards, and enabling an efficient onboarding experience.
Responsibilities
Review and validate merchant KYC documents such as PAN, Aadhaar, GST, and bank details
Ensure compliance with KYC norms, RBI regulations, and internal onboarding standards
Facilitate accurate and timely merchant onboarding processes
Collaborate with sales teams and internal stakeholders for seamless case closure
Maintain accurate records and ensure proper documentation for audit readiness
Support process improvements and identify opportunities to enhance onboarding efficiency
What We’re Looking For
1–3 years of experience in KYC verification, merchant onboarding, or compliance (preferably in fintech, banking, or financial services)
Strong attention to detail and ability to identify discrepancies in documentation
Excellent communication and organizational skills with a process-oriented mindset
Proficiency in MS Office and familiarity with onboarding/CRM tools
Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field
