 Revolut Hiring for   Financial Crime Analyst – India 

Revolut is expanding its Financial Crime (FinCrime) Compliance team and is looking for skilled professionals with experience in AML, KYC, Transaction Monitoring, and Financial Investigations. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a global fintech leader while working fully remotely.

Responsibilities:

• Review and investigate suspicious financial activities to detect potential money laundering, terrorist financing, or other financial crimes

• Conduct end-to-end transaction monitoring reviews and ensure timely escalation of suspicious activity

• Perform KYC reviews, onboarding assessments, and periodic client reviews for individual and corporate clients

• Analyze customer profiles, transaction patterns, and public records to identify high-risk behavior

• Prepare and submit detailed reports, including SARs (Suspicious Activity Reports), in compliance with global regulations

• Collaborate with global compliance teams, risk management, and legal departments to ensure consistent policy application

• Stay updated with regulatory changes (FATF, OFAC, EU, and country-specific regulations)

• Continuously identify process improvements and contribute to the automation of compliance processes

 Requirements:

• Prior experience in FinCrime, AML, KYC, or Transaction Monitoring

• Strong analytical and investigative skills

• Familiarity with global regulatory frameworks and financial crime risks

• Excellent communication and reporting abilities

• Ability to work independently in a remote, fast-paced, and international environment

• Knowledge of compliance tools and fintech platforms is a plus

• Fluency in English (additional languages are a plus)
