Saxo Bank Hiring for Senior Onboarding Specialist – India
Dean Infotech is hiring on behalf of Saxo Bank for an exciting opportunity within the Global Onboarding & KYC function. This role is ideal for professionals with strong experience in private and corporate client onboarding who are ready to join immediately.
The Senior Onboarding Specialist will be responsible for managing end-to-end onboarding of private and corporate clients for Saxo Bank’s global onboarding function. The role requires strong expertise in AML, KYC, and regulatory compliance, along with close collaboration with global stakeholders to ensure high-quality onboarding, regulatory adherence, and an excellent client experience.
• Manage end-to-end onboarding for private and corporate clients within the global onboarding framework
• Perform AML, ODD, CTF, and tax evaluations in line with regulatory and internal policies
• Support the transition of onboarding activities from global entities to India
• Ensure adherence to SLA, quality, and turnaround time standards
• Identify opportunities for process optimization and improved client experience
• Collaborate closely with global onboarding, KYC, compliance, and business stakeholders
• Support implementation of new regulations, policies, system enhancements, and process changes
• Ensure full compliance with Saxo Bank’s internal policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements
• Maintain accurate documentation to support audits and regulatory reviews
• Strong hands-on experience in Private and Corporate KYC / Onboarding
• Ability to manage multiple onboarding cases with accuracy and attention to detail
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Experience working in a global onboarding or international banking environment (preferred)
• Strong analytical and stakeholder-management skills
