Striiver Consulting is hiring freshers and early professionals for a dynamic Financial Analyst role. This position is ideal for candidates passionate about financial modeling, research, and analysis in the US Commercial Real Estate (CRE) market.  Responsibilities

• Build comprehensive financial models from scratch to support real estate analysis and business decisions

• Conduct in-depth research and analysis on the US Commercial Real Estate (CRE) market

• Track market trends, investment patterns, and other financial indicators related to real estate

• Use advanced Excel functions such as SUM, SUMIF, VLOOKUP, HLOOKUP, INDEX-MATCH, NPV, IRR, and SUMPRODUCT for data analysis

• Prepare clear, concise financial reports and presentations with actionable insights for internal teams and clients

• Collaborate with analysts and management to understand client needs and deliver quality outputs

Candidate Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance, Commerce, Economics, or related fields

• 0 to 3 years of relevant experience in financial analysis, reporting, or real estate research

• Excellent Excel skills with comfort in using complex functions

• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and research capabilities

• Good verbal and written communication skills

• Ability to work independently and manage deadlines effectively

• Interest in real estate and financial markets is a plus
