Tata Consultancy Services (TCS) is hiring experienced professionals for the role of KYC/AML Analyst at our Chennai location (DLF).

As a KYC/AML Analyst, you will play a key role in ensuring regulatory compliance by conducting comprehensive due diligence reviews. You will be responsible for assessing client risk profiles, identifying suspicious activities, and ensuring all documentation is accurate and complete.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct end-to-end Customer Due Diligence (CDD) and Enhanced Due Diligence (EDD)

• Analyze customer information, transaction patterns, and source of funds to detect potential money laundering risks

• Maintain compliance with internal procedures and external regulations

• Review and update KYC records in line with defined processes

• Investigate potential matches from screening systems

• Escalate high-risk alerts and suspicious cases to compliance teams

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• 4+ years of hands-on experience in KYC/AML operations

• Solid understanding of global compliance regulations

• Proficiency in KYC documentation standards, risk assessment, and due diligence processes

• Strong analytical and communication skills

• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
