TCS Hiring for KYC Process Specialist- Mumbai
Responsibilities
Perform end-to-end KYC activities including remediation, IDV upliftment, and Re-IDV.
Ensure accurate review, validation, and updating of client documentation in line with compliance requirements.
Identify gaps, escalate discrepancies, and work on timely resolution to meet regulatory standards.
Communicate effectively with internal teams and stakeholders to ensure smooth client onboarding and ongoing due diligence.
Maintain strict adherence to process timelines, quality parameters, and audit requirements.
Provide support in periodic reviews, risk assessments, and compliance reporting.
Required Skills
2–4 years of proven experience in international KYC processes.
Strong expertise in remediation, IDV upliftment, and Re-IDV.
Excellent spoken and written communication skills in English.
Strong email etiquette and high attention to detail.
Ability to work under pressure and deliver accurate results within deadlines.
