- Role: Conduct Risk, Risk & Control, Investment Banking, Business Controls, RCSA
- Experience Required: 3 to 13 years
- Location: Hyderabad
- Compensation: Up to 25-30% hike on current CTC (offered salary between 16 LPA – 25 LPA)
- Shift Timing: 1:30 PM – 10:30 PM
- Notice Period: Immediate to 90 days
- Interview Date: January 31st (Virtual)
Responsibilities:
- Oversee and manage conduct risk, risk & control processes in investment banking operations
- Implement and maintain risk assessment and control frameworks (RCSA)
- Monitor business controls to mitigate operational and compliance risks
- Identify, analyze, and report risk exposure while ensuring adherence to regulatory requirements
- Collaborate with stakeholders to enhance risk management strategies
- Ensure all risk management processes align with industry best practices and compliance standards
Must-Have Experience:
- Minimum 3 years of experience in Conduct Risk, Risk & Control, Investment Banking, Business Controls, RCSA
- Strong background in risk assessment, control evaluation, and compliance monitoring
- Experience working in the Back Office (Candidates from Front Office will not be considered)
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to identify and mitigate risks
