Role: Fraud Analyst
Compensation: Up to 5.75 LPA

Eligibility:

• Bachelor’s degree (required).
• Minimum of 1 year of hands-on experience in:
  • Fraud Analysis
  • KYC
  • Disputes
  • Chargeback Fraud
  • Merchant Disputes
  • Related Operations

Purpose of the Role:
To support business areas in their daily operations, including processing, reviewing, reporting, trading, and resolving operational issues.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Collaborate with teams across the bank to align and integrate operational processes.
2. Identify areas for improvement and recommend enhancements to streamline processes.
3. Develop and implement operational procedures and controls to mitigate risks effectively.
4. Monitor industry trends and incorporate best practices in operational processes.
5. Review transactions and activities to detect, investigate, and address potential fraud.
6. Ensure compliance with internal policies and regulatory standards.
7. Prepare and maintain accurate reports related to fraud cases and operational activities.
8. Provide insights to strengthen the bank’s fraud prevention framework.

Skills and Competencies:

• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Detail-oriented with the ability to handle sensitive information discreetly.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Knowledge of fraud detection tools, KYC policies, and banking regulations is an advantage.
