WNS is looking for immediate joiners for the position of Sr. Associate / Associate – Research. This is an excellent opportunity for freshers and experienced professionals (0-1 years) who are looking to build a career in compliance research, financial crime, and sanctions screening.
- Conduct research and analysis on global regulatory sanctions, compliance frameworks, and financial crime risks.
- Identify sanctioned entities, politically exposed persons (PEPs), and adverse media reports to support compliance teams.
- Assist in risk assessment and due diligence processes for high-risk clients.
- Review and analyze watchlists, financial transactions, and regulatory reports to ensure compliance with international regulations.
- Support the team in data collection, documentation, and reporting related to sanctions screening and risk mitigation.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure adherence to AML, KYC, and financial crime compliance policies.
Required Qualifications & Skills
- Graduate or Postgraduate in Finance, Business, Law, Economics, or a related field.
- Basic understanding of sanctions regulations and compliance processes.
- Strong analytical and research skills with attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and collaborate in a team-oriented environment.
- Good communication and documentation skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
