Return & Refund Policy

At eStraLux.com, we are committed to delivering high-quality compliance training, job-related services, and digital resources. Since our products and services are primarily digital and online-based, our return and refund policy is outlined below:

1. Digital Products and Courses

  • Once a course, training material, or digital certification is purchased, access is granted immediately.

  • As such, all sales are final and non-refundable, except in cases of:

    • Duplicate purchase due to a technical error

    • Payment processing errors resulting in incorrect charges

2. Services (Job Listings / Subscriptions)

  • Fees paid for job postings, profile promotions, or other recruitment services are non-refundable once the service is activated or published.

  • If a technical error prevents successful activation of the service, we will either:

    • Reactivate the service at no additional cost, or

    • Issue a full refund upon request.

3. Technical Errors & Failed Transactions

  • In the event of double payments, failed transactions, or system errors, refunds will be processed after verification with our payment gateway provider.

  • Refunds in such cases will be issued to the original payment method within 7–10 business days.

4. Refund Request Procedure

To request a refund (in eligible cases):

  1. Email us at contact@estralux.com with the subject line “Refund Request.”

  2. Include your order ID, payment receipt, and reason for request.

  3. Our support team will review your request and confirm eligibility.

5. No Refund Scenarios

Refunds will not be granted in the following situations:

  • Change of mind after purchase

  • Failure to use the purchased service or course

  • User’s inability to meet technical requirements (internet, device compatibility, etc.)

  • Misuse or violation of our Terms and Conditions
