1.2.4 Refund Processing: If your request is approved, we will process the refund to the original payment method used for the purchase within 7 business days once refund is approved.

          1.3 Digital product e.g. Training, Interview Preparations booklet: No refunds will be issued once                    these services/products are delivered.
