Hiring for AML KYC Analyst – : Bangalore
We are looking for a detail-oriented and dedicated AML KYC Analyst to join our team in Bangalore. The ideal candidate will have a solid background in Client Onboarding and Corporate KYC processes. This role is critical in ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and maintaining high standards of client due diligence.
Responsibilities:
• Conduct end-to-end KYC onboarding for corporate clients in accordance with internal policies and regulatory requirements
• Review and verify customer documentation to ensure full compliance with AML/KYC regulations
• Perform periodic KYC reviews and remediation for existing clients
• Work closely with internal teams (Legal, Compliance, Operations) to resolve KYC issues
• Identify and escalate high-risk clients and activities through appropriate channels
• Ensure timely and accurate data entry and documentation in the KYC systems
• Stay updated with the latest changes in AML/KYC regulations and best practices
Required Skills & Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Commerce, Business Administration, or related fields
• 1–5 years of experience in AML/KYC, particularly in corporate client onboarding
• Strong understanding of local and global AML regulations
• Experience working with tools like World-Check, LexisNexis, Refinitiv, or similar
• Excellent communication skills and attention to detail
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
