Hiring for Compliance Manager – Dubai
We are seeking an experienced Compliance Manager to join our team on a 6-month on-site contract in Dubai. The ideal candidate will ensure that the organization adheres to regulatory standards and internal policies while minimizing compliance risks and supporting business operations.
Oversee and implement compliance policies and procedures in line with UAE regulatory requirements
Monitor and assess compliance risks and take corrective actions where necessary
Liaise with regulatory bodies and ensure timely submission of required reports
Conduct internal audits, reviews, and staff training on compliance matters
Support departments in understanding compliance obligations and changes in regulation
Maintain documentation and ensure company records meet compliance standards
Proven experience in a compliance role, preferably in financial services or a regulated environment
Strong knowledge of UAE regulatory frameworks and compliance practices
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively
Valid UAE visa is mandatory
