New York Openings

• Director / Head of Data Governance & Conduct
  Lead governance initiatives, ensure robust conduct risk frameworks, and implement data management strategies in line with regulatory standards.

• Director / Head of Monitoring & Surveillance Compliance
  Oversee monitoring and surveillance programs, design frameworks to detect suspicious activity, and ensure compliance with SEC/FINRA requirements.

• VP, Compliance Risk Assessment / Broker Dealer
  Manage risk assessment frameworks for broker-dealer activities, identify regulatory gaps, and provide actionable recommendations to senior leadership.

Los Angeles Openings

• Senior Compliance Officer – Commercial Banking
  Oversee compliance programs in commercial banking, focusing on regulatory reporting, AML/BSA requirements, and internal control enhancements.

• AVP, Senior BSA Compliance Analyst
  Lead BSA/AML compliance initiatives, conduct transaction monitoring, assist with SAR filings, and ensure adherence to federal regulations.

• Senior BSA Compliance Analyst
  Perform daily AML/BSA monitoring, identify red flags, escalate suspicious activity, and support the FIU team in investigations.

Candidate Profile

• Proven background in compliance, AML/BSA, or regulatory risk management

• Strong knowledge of U.S. financial regulations (SEC, FINRA, OCC, Federal Reserve, etc.)

• Excellent analytical, communication, and leadership skills

• Relevant certifications (e.g., CAMS, CRCM, CCEP) preferred
